A Bump in the Road

The pink cover and catchy title really caught my attention. As soon as I started reading the book, I could not put it down. I always wanted to know what was going to happen next with Clare. The book is clever and very well written. I would strongly suggest reading this book if you are looking for an enjoyable, funny, and charming book that will just make you smile (and even laugh out loud)!

Everyone seemed to be going away for a few days and I was feeling very sorry for myself so I headed off to the mall. My plan was to buy a new outfit, but first I wanted to stop at Borders to pick up a new book. I never got that outfit. I found this book and it looked so fun that I went right home. I went to work the next day with very little sleep, but I just couldn't put it down. Great fun, funny read. I finished it the next day. I loved it!! You don't have to be pregnant to enjoy it. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mini vaca.

I absolutely LOVED this book. I would honestly look forward to reading it each night. I really enjoyed getting to know Clare & loved laughing at all of her issues - although it felt like I was laughing with her - she was so easy to relate to - like a hilarious best friend. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time - I highly recommend this enjoyable read!!

Hilarious, sarcastic and snarky, this book is absolutely hysterical. A wonderful debut that left me wanting for more. I hope there's a follow-up to this book, as I'd love to spend more time with Clare. Perfect for anyone who knows pregnancy isn't all puppies and rainbows.
