In my opinion the book was great. Allison Hobbs is a great writer with a vivid imagination. Keep up the good work.

Wooooooow!! That's all I have to say after reading "A Bona Fide Gold Digger"!!! I read it over the weekend. Please believe me when I tell you NO ONE writes a story like Allison Hobbs NO ONE!!! I want to send a shout out to Allison for sending me a copy of the book!! THANKS!!! Milan Walden is a 20 something diva who loves the finer things in life. She has moved beyond that ghetto mentality of cursing and fighting and now is a refined young lady who has a management position at Pure Paradise Salon were she makes a 6 figure salary. What's a girl to do? Milan soon finds herself on the run from "fraud charges" the bank claims she made on the company credit card. They freeze her savings account and claim she owes them $27,000!!! Milan soon moves into her sister's 2 bedroom low income house and Milan is in pure misery!! She has to figure a way out of this! Sweetie, Milan's sister, tells her about a job being a caregiver for an elderly terminally ill man. Millionaire Noah Brockington. Milan scoffs at the thought of doing such a job. But being as though she is flat broke and needs a place to hide, anything is better than sharing a room with her 2 nephews who are not potty trained. Milan arrives at Brockington Estate and knows this is how she is supposed to live! Milan accepts the job but still has trouble adjusting especially to the "care" she has to give to Noah Brockington. Milan eventually convinces Noah to marry her, when she discover freaky ways to please the old goon. Noah also pays off Milan's old debt so her name is cleared. Milan can't wait for Noah to drop dead so she can collect those millions!!! Along the way the nurses Greer and then Ruth and the housekeeper/cook Irma have to be put in there place, but Milan ain't letting NOTHING stop her from getting paid!! While waiting for Noah to go 6 feet deep Milan falls in love with her personal trainer Gerard, who has plans to "train" Milan that have nothing to do with getting in shape! There are parts of this book that will make your JAW DROP (especially the ending)and other parts that will have you cracking up. I loved it !! Allison does her thing like no other!!!

Allison Hobbs books never cease to amaze me. i love her work. i have read all of her books, and this one is great like the others. whenever she kicks out a new book, i will be first in line to buy it. keep them coming Allison!!
