This is a critique of the delivery.

The package arrived in terrible condition. It was torn and open to the elements, the book cover had a deep gouge in it and the book had slight damage due to poor shipping. Come on people, this is the first problem I've had with your company. Let's tighten up on the laxness with the shipping.
