After looking on the net for some stir fry recipes and not being able to find much, I spotted this book at the library and snatched it up. This book is really neat because it shows and explains to you all the tools, oils, and foods involved in stir frying. I liked this book because it really does show you step by step how to stir fry for the person who doesn't know anything. The recipes are neat because they aren't all beef there are also some vegatarian ones. This book has neat pictures to look at.
