eduard estivill is a spanish pediatrician, very famous in europe for his dedication to parents' good night sleep. this book really does work! don't be afraid and give it a try for 1 week; it might be hard but magically after few nights you will realize how golden these advices are. my son slept through the night from he was 6-week-old and he never ever had any sleep problem ever since (he's 4 and a half now).
