This "book" was absolutely terrible. (I'd recommend looking up reviews on Amazon as there are plenty available there on this book) and I wish I would have before buying it here. I sent it back for a full refund. This (joke of a) book is nothing like it is described. It's not 54 pages and certainly not worth the price you'll pay. There are countless typos and it is repetitive saying the same things while offering no viable solutions at all (unless you want to pray your trich-o away) the description also doesn't mention the book is primarily about God / faith either. The questionnaire in the booklet makes no sense/ is useless. I would highly recommend anyone genuinely seeking resources on trichotillomania to look elsewhere. This is a ripoff.
