Did not have receive the DVD & it stated it was included. Im very upset about this.

The yoga book is very good & i liked all the steps to help gain control of your body

Motivating

I like this product because it doens't make you feel like you have to do an hour of Yoga if you don't have the time. You can do 1 or 4 15 minute sessions. You don't feel overwhelmed.

I like having 15 min. exercise you don't have to make a lot of time to do them but still get a workout.

FINALLY

I am a long time devotee to Rodney Yee's yoga DVDs, but this book and the included DVD are wonderful to an forever yoga newbie (plus a bargain to boot). The instructions are so clearly stated and spoken, that it is a pleasure to follow them. I don't have the anxiety any more of not doing it right or following the instructor in the studio. I can do all this in the privacy of my own home with a positive uplift every day. Since I am very sensitive to negative influences around me, this is the answer to a long and wonderful yoga journey.

great little yoga book

this is a great little book for beginners like myself. i actually came across it in the book store when looking for a different yoga book. it came with a dvd which is helpful. but i do the routines with only the book. sometimes i refer to the dvd if i'm not clear on a particular pose or i'm not sure how to gracefully go from one pose to the next. but because i like to repeat some of my favorite poses a few times or hold a certain stretch longer, i prefer the book without the dvd and listen to my own music. by the way, i never bought the book i was originally looking for.

smart combo

I did not do the whole book yet, but so far it offered lots of helpful advise. If you new to yoga, it could be very nice way to get started with simple 15 minute session.
