1,000 Places to See Before You Die Traveler's Journal

In the past I have often taken a spiral notebook on trips with the intention of keeping a daily journal, but intentions don't always translate into reality. This sturdy, easy-to-carry journal contains plenty of space for writing, but, more importantly, is a great motivator for actually keeping that journal. After all, I paid for this fancy book and should certainly fill it with insightful observations and experiences! The basic information it provides (conversions, useful phrases, etc.) also encourage keeping it handy. Very informative and easy to use.

This book is high quality and a good addition to "1000 Places To See Before You Die," but not really necessary. Has good trivia interspersed throughout it and between whatever you write in it during your travels.

A conveniently sized travel journal (8" x 5.5" x .5") to write down first time impressions to accompany the "1,000 Places to See Before You Die by Patricia Schultz". There are plenty of pages to write descriptions of travel adventures, plus every 8-10 pages there is one page of additional experiences you can experience, i.e. "Seven Tasty Reasons to Overindulge", "Eight Ways to Travel Abroad Without Leaving Home", etc. The back of the book has the 1,000 places checklist for easy reviewing. Also, a particularly helpful section follows the checklist including "Inernational Dialing Codces and Time Differences", "Conversions and Measures", "Helpful Web Sites", and "Useful Phrases". The front cover has a place for that precious picture CD of all the 1,000 places visited! A great companion journal to the book!

After purchasing Ms. Schultz's book 1000 Places to see before you die, which has been invaluable to me, I was of course curious about her Journal,she's done it again, the Journal is attractive and full of useful information, it is a great companion to go along with the book.
