baseball!

some of the most fascinating baseball stories in publication! if you have a specific interest in the history of the world series, you're sure to find it here. there's a little bit of coverage on the negro leagues, but from the beginning of of professional baseball, to recent years, it's here to be explored. perfect coffee table or bedside book to leave there and relish over time, or during the seventh inning stretch.

simply terrific

I have found this book simply terrific. it is very hard to do a book on the World Series. There are many of them, but this it is really new as graphic, pictures and stories. The statistics are at the end of the book. A book that has to be in each fan's library.
