Is your New Year's resolution to read more? Or maybe to read differently? Here's a book challenge to help you with that.
Did you do a readathon as a kid? A reading challenge isn't like that. There's no prize for reading the most. There's also no criticism if you don't finish it. A reading challenge is designed to broaden your reading. If you're like us you have your go-to books (hello, Harry Potter). But there are so many more amazing stories to be read. Some that'll show you a different way of thinking, and some that will teach you something new. And some with new stories that you know you'll love.
Here's our reading challenge for 2018. Print it out, put it on the wall. It's now in your hands. That means you can interpret it as you wish. What is a beautiful book cover? That's up to you. We know all book lovers are different (that's what makes you great), so book challenges are intentionally open to interpretation. These are three versions to choose from. They all have the same challenges; you can choose if you want a color version or if you want to color and personalize it yourself.
We'd love to see how you're going. Snap a photo and share your reading challenge sheet on Instagram. Don't forget to tag @ThriftBooks.
