Prior to joining ThriftBooks, Mike Ward led the Development team at Wasatch Advisors, a financial advisor with assets under management of $10 billion. He has also worked as Webmaster for several Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 companies. Mike led the technology efforts as CIO at ThriftBooks for 7 years before moving into the CEO/President role in 2013. Mike also serves as a member of the ThriftBooks Board of Directors.
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and four children skiing, mountain biking, hiking. He is a frequent runner and has run two marathons and several half marathons.
